The Canungra Combat Challenge (C3) 2026 once again proved that teamwork, determination and community spirit can make a lasting difference, with participants raising an incredible $81,443 to support the families of veterans through Legacy Brisbane.
Now in its eighth year, the event welcomed 52 corporate teams to Kokoda Barracks, where they tackled a demanding military-inspired course alongside Australian Defence Force personnel. From muddy obstacles and physical challenges to plenty of camaraderie along the way, the day pushed participants outside their comfort zones while raising vital funds for a meaningful cause.
The funds raised will help Legacy Brisbane continue providing lifelong support to the families of veterans impacted by service through practical assistance, wellbeing programs, advocacy and social connection.
The success of C3 2026 would not have been possible without the incredible support of our participants, sponsors, volunteers, event partners and the Australian Defence Force, whose ongoing partnership allows this unique event to take place each year.
While the obstacle course is certainly challenging, the greatest achievement is what can be accomplished when people come together with a shared purpose. Every team that crossed the finish line played a part in supporting veterans' families across South East Queensland.
